Compliance is the key...<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Once you have tailored your offer for a particular market and its needs - once you know in which country and to which target group you would like to sell your products or provide your services - it is time for a specialist in legal issues.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>This is because launching products or services on a foreign market involves a number of obligations that need to be fulfilled.<\/strong> These are imposed on the importer by EU legislation and regulations contained in international agreements as well as national legislation. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In particular, products or services should be analysed in terms of meeting the requirements for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> product safety, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">waste policy (electro-waste), <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">storage of the product and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">regulations relating to the protection of intellectual property, competition law or taxation. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PRIVACY POLICY AND SHOP REGULATIONS<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>If you are selling products through an eCommerce platform, you should also pay attention to the regulations of your privacy policy and shop rules.<\/strong> This is related, among other things, to the processing of buyers' personal data. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Remember that regulation of 'cookies' varies - depending on the country in which you market your product. These countries take great care to expand the fields of exploitation and generation of renewable energy, and subsidies in this regard are very high. In addition, the new German Renewable Energy Act \"EEG\", which has been in force since January 2023, favours the retrofitting of homes and businesses with domestic solar cells, as the remuneration for reselling energy continues to rise.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This is why countries such as Germany and Austria support the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Polish entrepreneurs are increasingly looking for contractors outside our western border. This is primarily due to the prevailing inflation in Poland and the weak stabilisation of the zloty. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>However, it should be borne in mind that the installation of photovoltaic panels in our neighbouring countries requires a great deal of knowledge of the market and the legislation<\/strong> which regulate, inter alia, issues relating to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">regulations for solar installations, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">systems and procedures for reporting and certifying both the panels to be installed and the way in which they are to be installed, and <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">employee entitlements for its implementation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What else to bear in mind?
