The legislator has set a period of legal residence for war refugees from Ukraine, who can stay in Poland without valid residence permits.
The date by which all Ukrainians without valid residence permits must submit their legalisation applications is 30.09.2025! After this date, your stay in Poland will be illegal as long as you have stayed on the basis of provisions extending the validity of your documents by law alone.
It is therefore advisable to take care of the legalisation of your residency and submit the relevant applications now.
And if you have little time left to apply for a residence permit, use our rapid consultation - which will provide you with immediate support in emergency situations.
