Job Description:
On a day-to-day basis you will deal with:
- drafting of pleadings, actions, appeals, opinions and legal advice on commercial and civil matters with a cross-border aspect,
- appearing in court proceedings before courts of first and second instance,
- professional service and legal advice to our clients, including in German and/or English,
- verification and opinion of legal documentation,
- building a positive image for the law firm.
Requirements:
- you are a trainee legal adviser,
- you have a good command of German and/or English,
- you have a working knowledge of Union, commercial and civil law,
- you are a confident and assertive person in Communications,
- you are characterised by initiative, resourcefulness, independence of action and responsibility in decision-making,
And furthermore:
- people perceive you as an open, communicative and cultured person,
- you are able to plan and organise your working time effectively,
- You are no stranger to SIP Legalis,
- you have at least one year's experience working in a law firm.
