If the scope of a case extends beyond the borders of one country, it is necessary:

  • finding, which law is applicable for the legal relationship in question, and
  • which court handle the case in the event of a dispute, as well as
  • how a ruling by one country will be recognised and made in another country.

Determining the above-mentioned issues on the basis of international legal acts is necessary in order to properly conduct the court case and, in the future, to enforce the judgment in Poland.
