Your responsibilities:
- day-to-day legal services to clients in the areas of commercial, business, inheritance, family, labour and social security law - also in a cross-border context
- participation in the creation, reorganisation and transformation of companies in Poland and abroad
- representation of clients before domestic and foreign courts and authorities
- drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings and opinions
- Day-to-day advice and customer service also in English (knowledge of German also desirable)
- building and nurturing relationships with the firm's clients - often long-term and based on trust
- providing training and branding the law firm by publishing articles or sharing knowledge in the media
What kind of person are we looking for?
- a lawyer, a trainee lawyer or a person with a professional title (solicitor/ barrister) - we are looking rather for a personality, as our area of competence is so narrow that we largely teach the relevant competences to our colleagues ourselves
- fluent in spoken and written English (prerequisite) - We consider German to be an additional but extremely important asset
- with a working knowledge of Union, commercial and civil law
- with experience of working with business clients and commercial companies
- independent, responsible and organised, who is not afraid to take decisions
- communicative, cultured, but also able to be assertive and effective in action
- familiar with SIP Legalis, package MS Office and the realities of working in a law firm or in-house
What we offer:
- flexible form of cooperation (contract or B2B)
- remuneration dependent on seniority and degree of independence:
- trainee - apprenticeship agreement
- trainee - contractual agreement/B2B at 4-8 K. per hand
- legal adviser, advocate B2B 6-15 K. depending on experience in the content area
- possibility to work hybrid (2 days a week at home)
