We explain the differences and obligations in international law.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin in 1998. Since then, I have tirelessly gained experience providing legal services to businesses and individuals both in Poland and abroad.
I have experience in dealing with business entities. For many years I advised corporate bodies while working inside corporations as an in-house lawyer, dealing with a wide range of business issues. This work taught me a business approach to the profession. When advising clients, I always try to see the business purpose behind the operators' profit-oriented.
Due to my fluency in German, I have specialised the firm's services in providing legal advice to German-speaking companiesI also advise on Polish commercial, corporate and labour law. I am happy to advise not only entrepreneurs but also individuals on cross-border issues.
Throughout my years as a lawyer, I have been providing legal assistance to Poles abroad as well as to foreigners in Poland.
Human beings have always been at the centre of my interests. Hence, I have, as it were, naturally accepted the need to provide legal assistance to individuals. I have called my field of activity in this area Law in the Family, as it is the foundation of our most precious values and our global well-being depends on it.
In addition, I carry out the typical professional activities of a legal adviser. I represent clients before administrative authorities and courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court. I appear in cases before foreign courts and administrative authorities.
I am listed on the List of Legal Advisers of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wroclaw at WR-3344 and also on the List of Foreign Lawyers at the Berlin Bar Association.
