The topic of today's article touches upon an issue that has been extremely important for all entrepreneurs in Poland in recent days, namely the establishment of the so-called "Anti-Crisis Shield". The solutions proposed by the Government are extensive and it is difficult for everyone to find their way around them, including lawyers. Therefore, I have decided, although it is not easy, to systematise the introduced solutions and reduce them to the form of a more compact table.
NOTE! The following were also taken into account Crisis Shield 2, i.e. the provisions of the Act of 16 April 2020 on specific support instruments in connection with the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
